About WorldServe Thrift Store Calgary is a non profit charity that "Serves Locally and Impacts Globally." Story WorldServe Thrift Store is a non profit charity that sells donated, good-quality apparel, shoes, furniture and household items, some which have never been used. Goods we can’t use on the sales floor are extended to organizations that can use them. Whatever can’t be used for sale or donation is recycled. Your donations, volunteering and shopping help "Serve Locally and Impact Globally"... A new way to "Thrift" in Calgary..."You will notice that we are a different type of Thrift Store as soon as you enter the store - clean, tidy, filled with good quality merchandise. You will also notice our helpful staff & friendly volunteers. It's our goal to make sure that your shopping experience is remarkable.We sell quality and gently used household items and clothing and accessories. New inventory arrives daily, so be sure to check back frequently.Our success is dependent on the quality items we receive from you. We are always looking for clean gently used items including clothing, shoes, furniture, small household and kitchen appliances in working condition. We sell these items and donate funds to help people in countries like Cuba, China, Ethiopia and Myanmar."
