About Erablière Le Jardin Sucré (Sweet Garden Farms Maple Bush) offers delicious buffet sugar cabin meals as well as maple syrup, toffee, and butter. Story Family owned and operated maple sugar bush and buffet restaurant! Menu consists of homemade tomato-vegetable soup, fresh bread rolls, vegetable platter with dip, coleslaw, cretons, baked beans, hash browns, breakfast sausages, ham, scrambled eggs, eggs in maple syrup, "grand-peres" dumplings in a maple syrup sauce, pancakes, and pork rinds. All you can eat maple toffee on snow included as well! Coffee, tea, water, and orange juice are also available. You are able to bring your own alcohol; we do not sell on site. Adult price: 20$ (tax included). Children 5 - 12 years: 10$ (tax included). Children aged 4 and under are free.
