About Drayton Valley PCN is a Not for Profit organization dedicated to creating better continuity of healthcare for our Drayton Valley residents. Story There are 42 Primary Care Networks providing coordinated health services throughout Alberta. Through a partnership between family physicians and Alberta Health Services, each PCN is uniquely designed to meet the needs of its patients. In addition to the care you recieve from your family doctor, programs and services at our PCN include: Chronic Disease Management Nutritional Services Mental Health Social Work Foot Care Nutrition Services To use our services you must be referred by your family Physician.
