About Do yoga studios intimidate you? My studio is small, maximum 4 students per class. One to one sessions available also. Story Have you ever wanted to try yoga and thought that you were too big, not flexible enough, not fit enough....or think that it's all about putting yourself into a pretzel? Yoga is more than just poses, it is about breathing, relaxing your mind and allowing your body to stretch to where it is available to YOU! Yoga does not judge body type or size, colour, gender, fitness level, experience or age (neither do I). My studio is in my home, and it is small. I hold classes for no more than 4 people at a time. This allows me to spend time with each client and gives me the opportunity to get to know you. Classes are $10 per session One on one session (available upon request) $25 Package Deal 10 classes for $80 Class times are: Monday 6:30-8pm Wednesday 6:30-8pm Friday 5:45-7:15pm Please note that the studio is my part time venture, so I only have classes available during the evening. I will add a class on Tuesday night if the demand is there.
