About Waterfront Campground Resort Story Glen Echo Resort is a beautiful beachfront resort on Shuswap Lake. It is located 8 Kms west of Salmon Arm, BC, just off the TransCanada Highway. It is a gated family vacation resort that offers 3 character cabins and 80 campsites. The campground borders a large sandy beach with a large child friendly swim area. Most sites have power, water and sewer hook ups. The campground featurs a playground, volley ball court, large swim platform area, laundry facilities, hot coin showers, two bathrooms with running water and fire pits at all sites. There is an on-site manager and a child friendly store. Boats can be buoyed outside the swimming area and there is a boat launch on site. A large beachfront quonset is available for rent for weddings, reunions or large family gatherings. Well behaved pets are allowed and there is a dog beach open from 7am to 11pm daily.
