Action Sport Physio Saint-Léonard est une équipe dynamique et chaleureuse de professionnels multidisciplinaires. Notre objectif principal est de fournir des services de médecine sportive de qualité supérieure pour la région est de Montréal. Avec une expertise diverse en thérapie manuelle et en réadaptation sportive et orthopédique, notre groupe de professionnels est dédié à donner un service personnalisé pour chacun et chacune.

Notre implication dans la communauté nous démarque aussi parmi les autres. Depuis son ouverture, la clinique est fortement impliquée à l’année longue auprès de plusieurs organisations sportives et associations culturelles et corporatives de la région.

Fondée en 2001, la clinique Action Sport Physio de Saint-Léonard est située dans le Centre Communautaire et Culturel Leonard de Vinci, tout à fait au cœur de cet arrondissement multiculturel de Montréal. En accord avec l’esprit de vouloir accueillir et nourrir des échanges parmi toutes les cultures dans la communauté, la clinique Action Sport Physio Saint-Léonard est fière de pouvoir répondre à sa clientèle en français, en anglais et aussi en italien.

Action Sport St-Leonard is a dynamic and welcoming team of multidiciplinary professionals. Our main goal is to offer sports medicine services of superior quality for the Eastern Montreal region. With a diverse expertise in manual therapy and in athletic and orthopedic rehabilitation, we are dedicated to give each and every one of our patients a personal service.

With our involvement in the community, we stand apart from others. Since its opening, the clinic has been deeply involved year-round with several sports organizations as well as cultural and corporate organizations in the region.

Founded in 2001, Action Sport Physio St-Leonard is located in the Leonardo da Vinci Cultural and Community Centre, right in the heart of this multicultural burrough of Montreal. In the spirit of welcoming and nourishing the exchange between all cultures in the community, Action Sport Physio St-Leonard is happy to answer its clientele in French, English and also Italian.
