About Farm-to-Fork City Food that supports local purveyors and farmers and career opportunities in Toronto's hospitality industry. Story Hawthorne Food & Drink is located on the ground floor of 60 Richmond Street East, a Gold LEED certified cooperative complex. Our philosophy is reflective of our care and commitment to the community and environment. Local seasonal choices with a preference to sustainable growth dictate our menu and food preparation. Our chefs use age old techniques to tweak the subtleties out of ingredients, while providing the best of what Ontario has to offer. Hawthorne is the enterprise arm of the Hospitality Workers Training Centre. The HWTC is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to training new entrants and current workers for employment in the hospitality industry.
