About Enjoy the peacefulness of the country with a stay at the Little House on the Farm and Guest Barn Bed and Breakfast. These two separate units are located on our farm in beautiful Northeast Iowa! Story The Little House, a pioneer cabin with modern touches reminds us of a life in simpler times. Inspired by the Little House books by Laura Ingalls Wilder, the Little House on the Farm was built using home-sawed lumber and salvaged materials. Relax and feel life's simple pleasures! The Guest Barn, with its exposed beams, high ceiling, and repurposed materials, provide a unique farm-life setting. Having salvaged a nearby barn and corncrib, the timbers were moved to our farm and reconstructed into what is now the Guest Barn. A true country experience!
