Adams Insurance incorporated as E.R. Adams Insurance Limited. 1965 - Andy More retired and Frank Polyak purchased his shares. 1970 - Edward R Adams retired and Arthur Ronson purchased his shares. 1976 - Eugene Hurt bought into the company and became the 4th partner. 1985 - Arnold VanHeukelom passed away suddenly and the company returned to 3 partners. 1988 - Frank Polyak retired and Marianne Murphy purchased his shares. 1990 - Arthur Ronson retired and his son Robert Ronson purchased his shares. 1992 - A branch office was opened in Port Dover 1996 - A branch office was opened in Tillsonburg. 2001 - Eugene Hirt retired and Robert T. Smith purchased his shares. 2008 - Robert Ronson retired and John F. Kovacs purchased his shares. 2011 - Mike Steyart joined as a producer in the Tillsonburg branch 2012 - Marked 75 years of E. R.
