OPEN MON & THURS 9AM - 3PM Story The Clothing Bank, started in 1987 as a ministry of St. Paul Episcopal Church, Norwalk, came to it's present location in 1997 and was an adjunct of the Friendship Club of Norwalk. When the Friendship Club was disbanded in 2006, the Clothing Bank received it's own 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Mission The mission of the Norwalk Clothing Bank is to provide usable children's and adults' clothing and shoes free of charge to those in need.
