The host yelled racist slurs at us, yelled directly at our children for literally playing in the sand on the beach, and swore at my wife several times. There is a $10 cash fee per guest if you want your friends to visit, children AND adults. Our friends were told they would have to pay $40 to float their inflatable raft over to the beach to pick us up. The beach is technically crown land, so what they were doing was illegal. This place is definitely NOT family friendly. The beds are uneven and lumpy, and my mother slept in her car for 5 days because she literally couldn't use them.
