Healthy soups, salads and wraps prepared daily from scratch in our own kitchen! Story At The Healthy Owl our mission is to serve up food we can be proud of. Everything is prepared on-site with wholesome organic, fresh and healthy ingredients. We use fresh quality ingredients, replacing much of the fat usually found in baked goods with fruit and vegetable purees, buttermilk, yogurt & egg whites, and whole wheat flour. Our baked goods are prepared without any additives, flavour enhancers or preservatives. Everything you taste is 100% real - and nearly every item on the menu is made from scratch. Our sumptuous soups, hearty salads and filling wraps are guaranteed to provide a fresh, natural, and healthy meal solution. There are many gluten-free and vegan options available daily.
