Story
Songahm Taekwondo training through Helcher’s ATA Black Belt Academy offers many benefits to the student.  ATA members are empowered with valuable skills that aid in all aspects of life.  Learn serious self-defense and increase confidence while improving your fitness level and reducing stress.  Meet new people and build your leadership abilities in a positive, motivating environment.  Arm your child with self-defense.  We will teach your child to be safe, follow directions and improve concentration in a fun and positive atmosphere.  We teach children how to make better choices and to always do their best!  Martial arts helps sharpen focus, teaches effective self-defense, and develops confidence and self-esteem. Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Beginners: 4:30pm - 5:15pm
Intermediate: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Advanced: 6:30pm - 7:15pm
