About The Humane Society of Central Oregon is a private non-profit solely supported by donations and fundraisers. A critical revenue source for our shelter operations is our Thrift Store in Bend. Story We are located at 61220 S. Hwy 97, across from WalMart in Bend. All proceeds from the sale of donated items go directly to the animals at the Humane Society of Central Oregon. Items we are unable to accept: ANYTHING HEAVILY SOILED ANYTHING SMELLING OF CIGARETTE SMOKE ANYTHING TO DO WITH USED TOILETS BLINDS BROKEN ITEMS OR ITEMS MISSING PIECES BUILDING MATERIALS COMPUTER ITEMS DISASSEMBLED FURNITURE ENCYCLOPEDIAS EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FURNITURE THAT IS RIPPED, STAINED, HEAVILY SCRATCHED GASOLINE POWERED ITEMS HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS HUMIDIFIERS KID/BABY ITEMS: CARSEATS, STROLLERS, HIGH CHAIRS, ETC LARGE SEASONAL ITEMS MATTRESSES, BOX SPRINGS, BED FRAMES PAINT, STAIN, ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS PIANOS, ORGANS PRINTERS TV’S VERY PICKY ON CHILDREN’S TOYS WORN OUT TIRES We reserve the right to refuse any items in unsellable condition Thank you so much for your continued support of the Humane Society of Central Oregon!
