About We are a primary care clinic that provides a variety of health & wellness services to women, children, and their families. Story Our vision is to improve health equity and well being of women, children, and their families who have limited access to primary health care services Health Zone NPLC is a team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, a Registered Social Worker, a Registered Dietitian, and Medical Office Assistants. We all work together to provide a wide variety of health care services to clients of all ages. We are currently accepting new clients!
