Story
Samantha is a self-discovery life coach. By identifying emotional states of being and shifting perspectives, she guides others towards better feeling emotions. Over the past 10 years, she has been working with individuals and groups, helping them to become who they aspire to be.

Drawing from meaningful life experience, and having directly experienced the growth that comes from a commitment to personal well-being, she is able to connect with and inspire those seeking their own empowerment.

She is also helping to evolve a community interested in self-improvement with Self-Discovery Montreal Meetup group.

In our sessions, we will engage in:

Expression - You will express what you are wanting to improve in your life. You are free to express yourself in any way you choose.

Discovery -  I will ask you solution-oriented questions for a deeper understanding of your situation. We will discover more about what is causing your resistance to well-being.

Guidance - I will help you shift perspective, and guide you to better feeling thoughts. We will end by identifying possible solutions to your issue, and I will encourage you emotionally to reach for your goals.
