About The Gumboot Nation's main event location. Story Performance Hall with aproned stage, greenroom, lighting, commercial kitchen and 205 seating capacity. Mission The RCCA is an integeral part of this community spirit. Its elected Board, staff, and members: • Manage the property owned by the RCCA - the Community Hall and the Library. • Host events in the Hall: dances, flea markets, weddings, fund-raisers, yoga, dog training, fencing, solstice dinners, and celebrations of life. • Manage Creek Daze: a joyful August celebration of our community, with Higgedly Piggedly Parade, dancing, music, and food. • Manage Christmas Craft Fair: the longest running on the Coast, showcasing our artists and artisans. • Provide important links with the Official Community Plan and the SCRD. • Host monthly community meetings to address local issues.
