In 2011 The City Grill set a new standard for dining in Windsor. In  2012  the people that brought you The City Grill (and the Bull & Barrel) will take nightlife entertainment to an entirely new level with the October opening of Level 3 Vodka Emporium.

Perched on the third floor of the iconic ‘Birk’s” building at the corner of Park and Ouellette, Level 3 is located in a space rarely seen by the public. A private elevator ride transports guests to a nightclub/lounge experience like no other.

Level 3 Vodka Emporium is an eclectic mix of 100 year old exposed roof trusses, natural stone, elegant colours, comfortable furnishings and seductive lighting - a refined and comfortable space. Elegant and edgy.

This 21 and over hideaway is about being different.
