The hot room is heated to 100F or 40C. It warms your muscles to prevent injury, allows for a deeper stretch and cleanses the body by flushing the toxins out through sweating. The CORE 32 series uses Bikram Choudhury's 26 posture hot yoga series as a foundation. The postures are arranged in a logical sequence allowing the practitioner to increase their depth from one posture to the next. It works to strengthen muscles, ligaments and joints. Its therapeutic healing benefits affects the organs, glands and the nervous system.
