About We are a full service hair salon for women, men and children. We offer facial waxing and carry a large line of retail products. Story Women cuts, colour, highlights, foils, balayage, ombre, fun colours, perms. Mens cuts, beard and moustache trims, and colour. Kids cuts. Full facial waxing. Impressum Anne's Headquarters is owned and Operated by Anne Evans. I was raised in Kemptville and have watched our community grow. In some aspects the growth has been exciting from the days when Prescott St was where all of the towns businesses thrived. A place where everyone knew everybody, to now where business has migrated to its main corridor of County Rd 43 and familar faces are fewer and farther between. I look at this as an opportunity to make new relationships and expand on a great community. The salon is located at 216 Vanburen St, away from the busy and congested County Rd 43.
