About CrossFit is a strength and conditioning system built on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. Story Rock Box CrossFit Kapuskasing is owned and operated by Tania Torok and Wade Torok who are both Level 1 CrossFit Instructors. Nadia Brassard, also a Level 1 CrossFit Instructor is working with the Torok's to make this box a safe, fun, hardcore training facility that boasts an awesome community of members who train hard and play hard."Rock Box CrossFit Kapuskasing, RBCK offers Functional Fitness through CrossFit training methods for adults and teens. We also have childrens fitness via our CrossFit Kids program. Our qualified L1 trainers emphasize safety and technique to ensure a positive and effective workout.The Kapuskasing Weightlifting Club, KWC operates out of our space teaching the fundamentals of Olympic Weighlifting and developing athletes to be competition ready if they so choose."
