About Custom Cakes and Gourmet Cookies Story We are a specialty bakery which only believes in baking from scratch, with the finest ingredients and no preservatives. We bake using real butter, sugar, eggs and flour. Our cookies are available all year in our small shop, with our specialty being shortbreads.
