We are a fifth generation cattle ranch that has been operating on the same land since 1940. Western Pleasure Guest Ranch is located in Idaho's scenic Panhandle, about 16 miles northeast of Sandpoint, Idaho, recently voted the Most Beautiful Town in America by Rand McNally. The ranch is conveniently just 60 miles from the Canadian border and 35 miles from Montana. Roley and Janice Schoonover, and her parents, ranchers Jim and Virginia Wood, have transformed this historic ranch into one of Idaho's quality guest ranches.
