About Our “secret” We parbake our own sub rolls daily, from scratch, with no preservatives, and finish the baking when we make your sandwich. Story We are a sub-shop like no other. We don't bake frozen, thawed bread dough like the other guys. We make our bread from scratch every morning. We only pick quality meats and cheeses. We make our macaroni and potato salad from scratch every week. As well as several of our sauces including our yummy marinara and barbeque sauce.
