About The Anoka County Brotherhood Council, Inc ( ACBC ) is a community food shelf. Story The Anoka County Brotherhood Council, Inc ( ACBC ) is a group of concerned citizens working to end hunger locally. The food shelf is staffed by four part-time employees and around 150 volunteers. Mission To provide emergency food and clothing to Anoka County residents in need while maintaining the dignity of those we serve.
