About An old-fashioned ice cream parlour, coffee house, and tea room with a modern twist located in the historic heart of Camrose, Alberta. Story From our humble beginnings as a travelling pop-up ice cream shop, travelling around to local fairs and trade shows across Alberta for over a decade, it was always our intention to settle down in our hometown and open an idyllic little ice cream parlour. And, given our climate, it only seemed logical to incorporate coffee and tea, so we set to work finding the best of the best; the crème de la crème, as they say. The beautiful historic building on Main Street has been so many things to so many people over the past century (Canadian Club, courthouse, Treasury Branch, library, etc.) we simply had to honour its significance to the community by creating a warm and inviting gathering place that all ages could enjoy.
