About Ranger Boats, Ranger Pontoons, G3 Boats, G3 Pontoons Story On August 1st, Frankie's Live Bait and Marine was founded by Frankie and Brad Dusenka. Starting with two minnow tanks in the corner of Chisago Hardware, Frankie and Brad trapped their own bait and sold to local anglers, which still is a standard event each year. Later a few aluminum boats were purchased to help the local anglers and now, Frankie's is a top 5 Ranger Boat dealership, reaching number 1 a few times and named Ranger Boats dealer of the year in 2016.
