Our cured meats (except the pepperoni) and porchetta roasts are made by Marco and his father, Rosario, who owns and runs Grande Wholesale Meats - his butcher shop at Jane and Lawrence. We get the best quality meats from him. We get top of the line cheeses and tomatoes. We buy the freshest, tastiest produce. We don't take any short-cuts! We won't sell it if we won't eat it ourselves. We don't make fancy, gourmet pizzas or hoagies. We make simple, high-quality, fresh food that you can be proud to feed your family!
