About I am a home based baker and cake decorator based in Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada. Serving Ingersoll, Woodstock, London and surrounding areas. Story I moved to Ontario, Canada in March 2013. After owning 2 cafe bars and working as a chef in hotels, i have been making cakes and sugar flowers as a hobby. I am now registered with the local Health Unit to sell cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other treats from my separate kitchen based in my home in Ingersoll. I have public liability insurance and I have gained a certificate in food health, Cake decorating, and also 2 PME certificates in Royal Icing and Sugar flowers.
