ElitePerformanceAcademy.ca Mission Athletes and Clients will benefit from Elite Performance Coaches’ expertise and vast experience in all aspects of athletic training, including: - Strength and power development - Fat Loss and Body Recomposition - Speed, agility, quickness training - Flexibility improvement - Injury Prevention and Correction - Nutritional recommendations Elite Performance Academy athletes will also be coached on the responsibilities that go along with being an athlete. They will learn the importance of hard work and of being a leader, both on the field and off. Athletes will be invited and encouraged to take part in various Charitable and Community events. They will also be coached on how to break the stereotypes that are associated with being an athlete, stereotypes created both by society and by the athletes themselves. Elite Performance Academy coaches will be true mentors who will provide guidance and support to the athletes, including an introduction to the “5-Star Program for Excellence”. This program can help lay the foundation for success in all aspects of life, from the playing field to the classroom to the community. Coaches and Special Guest Speakers will speak to the athletes on a wide variety of topics, from Goal-Setting to Exam Preparation, from Media Training to Making a Positive Impact on Your Community. The Coaches feel that it is this program that will help athletes develop into well-rounded Students, Citizens, and Athletes. Our philosophy is that with a mix of Professionalism, Education, Discipline, and Integrity, instructors can impart on young people valuable lessons that will last a lifetime.
