About If it ain't smoked, it ain't BBQ! Story Muddy's Pit BBQ opened in July 2010 in Keene Ontario. We authentically Barbeque all our meat on our custom outdoor smokers using only log hardwood. At our BBQ Shack you can also dine in or take your BBQ home. We also can supply large meat orders for your catering needs. Muddy's always has daily side dishes to go along with our Pork Back Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Beef Brisket. We also have daily specials from our outdoor pit. We are a seasonal business open from April to the end of December.
