Story It's a Matter of Taste opened in 2006, beginning as a small catering company, to a full New American cuisine restaurant and bar on Union Lake. We have a full banquet center for private parties, and you can visit our carry-out for a great selection of wines and gourmet food to take home. Our restaurant has a local and intimate feel, whether you want to enjoy a cocktail at the bar, or drink and dine with friends on the patio looking out on the lake.
