Story
in April 2013 I received my real estate license. Since then,  I have been helping people find their perfect home, sell their home to upgrade or relocate, and learning the many different aspects of my job as a real estate professional.

The last two years I have been working with a select few clients to build my knowledge and service skills, while maintaining my role as a mother of two young children. 
Now that my children are a bit older, and I am more knowledgeable and confident in my role working for you, I am taking on new clients.

If you are looking at selling, I offer a free Market Analysis which shows where your home sits in comparison to other homes currently on the market, or that have recently sold.

If you are looking at buying,you do not have to "call the name on the sign", best practice is to find a REALTOR you are comfortable with and let them do the work for you.

Any licensed REALTOR is able to take you to any home listed on www.mls.ca or www.realtor.ca - this means homes listed by property guys, other brokerages and their related brokerage.

Also, if you are interested in viewing a home for sale by owner, but are uncomfortable contacting them, I am able to contact them for you, and if the seller is willing,  I can show the home. This is called "Buyer's Agency" and  I would be more than happy to explain this in more detail should you be interested.
