Story We are in the business of transforming lives by giving the clients we work with the tools and skills they need to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. We focus on the individuals’ needs and tailor our programs not just to add years to your life but life to your years. We know not everyone wants to spend 3 hours a day working out to have that body builder look. We welcome people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. If you’ve ever felt out of place at the gym or been afraid to go for fear others will judge you then we are the place for you. We aren’t your typical lycra wearing, salad and chicken breast eating trainers. We know what it’s like to fight the weight battle, and we are uniquely qualified to help you win your battle. We know not everyone wants to spend 3 hours a day working out or to have 6 pack abs. If you are looking a trainer with the bulging biceps and 6 pack abs who stands around ll day drinking their protein shake all the while telling you how easy it is to get in the same shape, then we probably aren’t for you. Our certified trainers design programs around the things you do in the real world. We train not only to help our clients lose weight or get toned but to enable them to do every day things like picking up their kids, pulling a box off a shelf or every carrying in the groceries. We limit our class sizes to ensure that we can give individual attention to everyone in attendance. We incorporate exercises from many disciplines including things such as: Weightlifting, Yoga, Aerobics, Boxing, and track and field. We even build in some fun games and challenges. Our belief is that by mixing things up we prevent boredom and keep things fun. Also we keep the body guessing so it doesn’t adapt to a particular exercise. We know that no one exercise program fits all and provide alternatives and modification to anyone who needs them. We want our clients to succeed and go the extra mile to help them reach their goals. We are your partner whether it’s providing motivation, holding you accountable or just making sure you get to your goals.
