About United Church of Madrid is a hybrid of The United Methodist and United Church of Christ. Our doors are open to all who are seeking a closer walk with God. Story The United Church of Madrid offers worship and Christian education for all ages. Sunday School for ages 3 through adult is held at 9:45 AM. Worship begins at 11AM. Youth group meets on the 1st and 3rd Sundays after worship. Kids Club for students grades 1 through 5 is held at the church on Mondays after school. Bible Study is held on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM. Local Outreach ministries include New Beginnings Food and Clothing Outreach and the North Country Freedom Home (Murphy House) in Madrid. Mission The Mission of the United Church of Madrid is to: Go forth and make disciples of Jesus Christ by providing spiritual guidance and Christian education to the church family and community and reaching out to those in need.
