About CMHA, Regina provides a wide range of services and supports to people who are experiencing mental illness. We are not a crisis response agency. Story Mental illnesses can take many forms, just as physical illnesses do. Mental illnesses are still feared and misunderstood by many people, but the fear will disappear as people learn more about them. If you, or someone you know, has a mental illness, there is good news: all mental illnesses can be treated. Mission The Canadian Mental Health Association is a not-for-profit organization which aims to meet the needs of those in the community with longterm mental health problems, by providing services, advocating on behalf of and for those with mental illness, and through public education and awareness.
