These family traditions are something to be celebrated. Cucina Rosa owner Chef Sal Salvanelli, wants to share his family traditions with his community through his family's recipes. Cucina Rosa is a celebration of Sal's late mother, Rosa, and her love for food and traditional Italian cuisine, hence the name of his restaurant which translates to "Rosa's Kitchen." With a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, Cuchina Rosa invites you to share the fondest memories of growing up with a family from Naples over an amazing meal.
