Story At RARE Craft Steak & Cocktail House we make every guest our priority, every dish the highest quality & every drink the most satisfying. We intend to be the preferred destination at the forefront of Schenectady’s revitalization. In order to make that happen we have taken extensive measures to produce and provide a truly unique menu, atmosphere, & ambiance hand-crafted by us for you. CRAFT noun “an activity involving skill in making things by hand” These days the word “craft” is thrown around in every which way but we truly embrace the word for what it is. When we say hand-crafted we mean we made it. From the ingredients in the dishes and cocktails to the sign out front and decor inside... even the menu you’re reading this on.
