The Boerst Law Office started as a one man operation.  After leaving a larger firm and starting The Boerst Law Office, founding attorney, Bruce W. Boerst Jr., Esq., met with each client, drafted, prepared, copied, drove to the courthouse and filed each lawsuit personally.  Through this experience, Mr. Boerst developed a deep understanding of the importance of remaining personally involved in every aspect of each client's case.

While many 'larger firms" pass their client files on to law clerks and legal secretaries once the client signs the fee agreement, at The Boerst Law Office, an attorney will be involved in every step of the case.
