Staffed hours are Mon-Fri 7:00am -9 :00pm Sat 10am-2pm Sun 12-4pm MEMBERSHIPS: All types of memberships to suit your needs. EQUIPMENT: Treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bike, rowing machine, stair machine, free weights (2LBS-75LBS), weight machines, aerobics class room, 45 pound weighted bag, smith machine, bosu balls, stability balls, weighted body bars and so much more. Come in and we will be thrilled to provide you with a tour of our facility. INFRARED SAUNA: Sauna sessions are available to book in advance. 45 MINUTE sessions are $15.00.
