Established in the Community of Hastings County for over 20 years, this bulk food and health store is a favorite among locals and neighboring towns alike.  Located on the main street (HWY 37) in the town of Tweed it is easily accessed en route to cottage country!  The shop features local art, beeswax candles, organic, gluten free and bulk items and spices.  It boasts a great selection of Naka, SunForce,  NOW, Renew Life, New Roots and Organika brands vitamins/supplements.  Fresh baked GF and/or Organic breads from Little Stream Bakery (Perth) and sumptuous butter tarts (A taste of Paradise/Stirling (pecan, plain, raspberry coconut etc) arrive weekly to satisfy those weekend cravings!  The shops' best seller is local, unpasteurized honey sold by the pound or jar (Mark Sheppherd apiaries, Roblin) Try the local award winning maple syrup from O;hara Sugar Maples as well as organic CIPM red fife/spelt/rye flours from Madoc..
