About LC Valley: Local Doctors, Local Surgeries, Total Care. Story Our physicians are not only eye doctors, but surgeons as well. Each one of our doctors resides in the Lewis and Clark Valley, providing continuous local care to their community. Our local surgeons perform thousands of outpatient procedures each year from our own surgery center, as well as working closely with local hospitals in Clarkston, Lewiston, and Pullman to provide emergency and surgery services.
