About Serving patients with Medical Assistance, CHIP program (United Concordia and GHP Kids), GHP Family, AmeriHealth North East, Coventry Cares and Self-Pay Patients using a sliding fee scale. Story We have four part-time dentists, two part-time assistants, two part-time dental hygienists and two front staff personnel. Mission The Clinton County Community Dental Clinic strives to provide basic dental care up to and including Level IV, to patients with Dental Medical Assistance, who fall below the federal poverty guidelines, or who have government sponsored or subsidized dental insurance and live within Clinton County and its surrounding communities. These services shall be delivered with an emphasis on patient education.
