The WWCFDC is a not-for-profit economic development and business support organization working in partnership with the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario.

Story
Promoting economic growth of the County of Wellington and the Region of Waterloo, we offer two types of services including business financing (for start-ups, small business expansion, and community projects), and an award-winning business training program.

We exist to enhance the economic competitiveness of our rural communities in Wellington County and the Region of Waterloo and promote new market opportunities to strengthen the regional economy.

We also offer customized financing options for viable business projects in the start-up, relocation, stabilization, or expansion stage. Repayable loans, loan guarantees and equity investments in amounts up to $150, 000 are available to new and existing businesses located in the Region of Waterloo and the County of Wellington.
