Cardio room with Ellipticals, Bikes, leg machines, Functional training room new with treadmills, plyo boxes, TRX, wall balls, turf flooring, push sled, battle ropes etc., Free weight room new with dumbbells up to 100lbs, squat rack, weighted barbells, and the machine room with selectorized machines, squat rack, smith machine and multipress machine.
