Story
OPS Gym aims to be the leader in Washington State in terms of youth, high school, and college strength and conditioning programming. OPS is also the only powerlifting gym in the Wenatchee Valley, and has many members participating in powerlifting and strongman competitions. At OPS Gym you are provided with custom programs to aid you in fulfilling your athletic goals and dreams. No other gym in the Chelan County does personalized strength and conditioning programming specific to sport performance. Dave is committed to ensuring your athletic success and keeping you coming back year after year; faster, stronger, leaner, and meaner.

Dave's certification are through USA Weightlifting, CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, CISSN through The International Society of Sports Nutrition, and has a Masters of Science in Applied Exercise Science with a focus in Sports Nutrition.

Mission
To provide collegiate level strength and conditioning to the athlete's of the Wenatchee Valley and operate as Wenatchee's only powerlifting gym.
