About Meats and catering food services, retail/wholesale Story The business was founded in 1996, by James Berscheid. We are the most Northerly abattoir/ meat retail store in Manitoba. We purchase as much local meat from farmers within out region as much as we can. We sell a wide variety of assorted meats and custom cut meat as well. We have also expanded our operation to include a catering service, and have done meals for over 500 people.
