Our certified CrossFit trainers can teach you the best ways to prevent injuries and build mental toughness. Our classes our limited to 8-10 clients at a time to make sure everyone is keeping good form and is scaled appropriately. Our community is growing everyday and as you will discover, the CrossFit community is the best part of the fitness program! For the longevity of our lives we pursue workouts consisting of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in our daily activities, like picking up our kids or moving that bag of dog food. We offer a 7,000 sqft facility which we've replaced rows of stationary bikes and weight machines with simple equipment and wide open space to move our bodies as they were intended to."
