About Services include massage therapy, spa treatments, and childbirth preparation and assistance. Story Massage modalities mainly include relaxation and deep tissue. Your massage may also include gentle stretching, myofascial skin rolling, trigger point therapy, and other various techniques. I am currently in the process of completing an Orthopedic Massage certification. I provide spa treatments such as full body sugar scrubs and hot stone massage as well. I have been specializing in prenatal massage for 4 years and have a certification in it through Carole Osborne. I am a CAPPA certified labor doula and am very passionate about helping women feel empowered about their births and find joy in their journey through pregnancy and childbirth.
