United Fitness is a full fitness center for all ages including Martial arts classes for ages 3 to 93 & have a second location: 198 Western Ave in Augusta.

Story
United Fitness & Martial Arts Studio was designed for those of all fitness levels. Our focus encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. We strive to allow people of all ages to gain strength and confidence, to get fit, enjoy their training, feel good about themselves, and have a great attitude while accomplishing their goals. Whether you’re interested in weight loss, getting fit, or feeling good about yourself, all while having fun, we have a variety of ways to help you reach your goals.

Our facility, although it has grown, still remains a comfortable home-like environment that is not intimidating. It  allows you to train with the top of the line equipment and to 
always has trained staff on hand to assist you with your program.

From the competitive athlete, young adult, 
professional person, to the retired person, we have something for you.  United Fitness & Martial Arts Studio is equipped with the latest training equipment  including, Body Master, York, Quinton, Body Solid, Climax, Lifecycle, Fitness Balls and more, to help you achieve your fitness goals!!
